Acceptable Use
You may use this private cloud service for lawful privacy, security, remote access, and personal browsing. You may not use it to attack systems, scan networks without permission, distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, access illegal content, harass others, evade law enforcement, or violate the rights of another person or service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity from your account, devices, shared nodes, relay access, and gateway mode configuration. Keep your credentials private, only approve devices you control or trust, and report unauthorized access quickly.
Private Cloud Nodes And Gateway Mode
If you enable exit-node, relay, sharing, or LAN gateway features, traffic from other authorized devices may pass through your device or network. You are responsible for enabling these features only where you have permission from the network owner and local law allows it.
Billing, Trials, And Data Limits
Starter access may include a free trial and a monthly data limit. Private cloud connection may be blocked or disconnected when a subscription is inactive, payment lapses, a plan limit is reached, or usage exceeds the monthly data allowance.
Security And Abuse Protection
The service may apply rate limits, device approval checks, session limits, firewall rules, IP bans, and automated abuse controls. These controls protect the platform and other users and may temporarily or permanently block suspicious traffic.
Operational Logs
The service may collect operational records needed to run the platform, including account identifiers, device identifiers, session status, connection timestamps, transfer totals, API security events, source IPs for abuse prevention, billing state, and diagnostics. The service is not intended to inspect the content of your encrypted private cloud traffic.
Privacy And Disclosure
Information is used to operate, secure, bill, troubleshoot, and improve the private cloud service. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or users, to process payments, or to respond to abuse and security incidents.
Changes And Termination
The policy may be updated as the service changes. When it changes, you will be asked to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the service. Accounts or sessions may be limited, suspended, or terminated for policy violations, abuse, nonpayment, or security risk.
No Guarantee
The private cloud service is provided as available. Network speed, routing, availability, geo-location results, and third-party service access can vary. You are responsible for deciding whether this service is appropriate for your use.
