Operational Logs

The service may collect operational records needed to run the platform, including account identifiers, device identifiers, session status, connection timestamps, transfer totals, API security events, source IPs for abuse prevention, billing state, and diagnostics. The service is not intended to inspect the content of your encrypted private cloud traffic.

Privacy And Disclosure

Information is used to operate, secure, bill, troubleshoot, and improve the private cloud service. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or users, to process payments, or to respond to abuse and security incidents.

Cookies and browser storage

Updated 2026-10-02

What we store in your browser

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own. Our websites use your browser's local storage only for: your sign-in session (kept until you sign out or it expires, so you stay signed in); your light or dark mode choice; and your email address, only if you tick "Remember my email". During a support session that you approved, it also records that a support agent is viewing your account. Signing out removes your session, and you can clear everything else in your browser settings at any time.

Visit statistics

To understand how many people visit and sign up, our own servers count visits and sign-up steps without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. Your IP address is used only for a moment to tell unique visits apart within one day and is never stored; the key used for this is deleted every day, after which we keep only daily totals, for up to 13 months. No third party receives this data. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, your visits are not counted. For signed-in customers we also look at which features accounts use, in aggregate, using data the service already needs to run (for example, how many accounts use backups).

Security checks

Sign-in, sign-up and password reset pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated attacks. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to run this check. It is needed to keep accounts secure and is not used by us for advertising or tracking.

Services you choose to use

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google (Firebase Authentication) loads at that moment to sign you in and keeps your Google sign-in in your browser; Google's own privacy policy applies. If you pay for a plan, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page, where Stripe's privacy policy applies. Neither loads unless you choose it.

Fonts and app files

Fonts and app files are served from our own servers. When the app needs an extra font, our server fetches it on its own behalf, so your IP address is not sent to Google or other font providers.
